Our rates are all-inclusive.
The only add-ons are doggy daycare and grooming at their regular rates. Medications and TLC are given free of charge.
For those boarding with us, we do NOT charge extra for early check-ins and late check-outs. However, there is a Weekend pick-up fee (per “family”). Weekend pick-up fees apply for the appointed times on Saturday and Sunday. See the “Hours of Operation” for more specifics.
Hours of Operation
Weekdays: Mondays through Fridays –> 7:30AM until 6:00PM
Boarding drop-offs and pick-up times are between 7:30AM till 4:00PM
Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays drop-off and pick-up times are at 9AM or 5PM ONLY. (No exceptions. This is NOT a window of time).
Saturday and Sundays are CLOSED for Dog Day Out and Grooming services.
There is a $15.00 weekend pick up fee for dogs and $10 for cats and exotics applied (per family).
